The oats make them healthy, right?
- 2 sticks of butter, softened – I used one stick of salted and one unsalted
- 3/4 C. turbinado sugar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 C. flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 C. old fashioned oats
- 1 12 oz. bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
Beat the butter, sugars, and vanilla until smooth. Beat in the eggs until combined. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix until creamy. Stir in the oats and chocolate chips. Spread into a greased 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes. Cool before cutting.
