I am a mother of two boys, a wife, a teacher, and an avid home cook. These recipes are written, tested and created or adapted by me in my home kitchen. All photos were taken by me with my Canon Digital Rebel XT. No filters or Photoshop, usually natural light on my kitchen table. My motto is, if I can do it, you can do it!

Ditto! Great idea. I am just getting back to reading blogs and I’m so impressed with what you are doing Carrie!

Tie between Sloppy Giuseppe and Secret Smoothie. Can you do both? Make it recipes to sneak vegetables to your kid…

  4. I picked the sloppy ones. Kind of a new twist on a throwback and I think meals are harder to come up with than desserts.
