Company Cashews

This is what you break out when company comes.  Warm and fragrant, these cashews are perfect for your next cocktail party.

  • 2 C. unsalted cashews
  • 1 t. Kosher salt
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 t. curry powder

In a bowl combine all the ingredients.  It’s easiest to toss with your hands to coat the cashews.  Spread out on a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes, or until golden brown.  Serve warm.
