Olive Oil from my Sicilian Cousins

My father’s cousins in Sicily grow olives.  They press their own olive oil and every once in a while have more than what they consume themselves.  We were lucky enough to receive a few liters this year.  The oil is a gorgeous chartreuse green.  The flavor is mild and buttery.  My father made a label for the oil featuring his cousin Gabriele Casto.  My mother made the most delicious salad dressing with nothing more than the oil, lemon, salt, and pepper.  Molto buona!
